Hypnosis
A heightened state of focus, which is naturally-occurring, and can be achieved through guided voice, physical cues, and breathing techniques. The therapeutic use of hypnosis can help you gain clarity and motivation for goal attainment. Hypnosis is helpful for self-exploration, releasing stuck emotions, and shifting limiting thoughts or beliefs. A person is more open to the possibility of change in hypnosis, but you are in control the whole time and still determine your own outcomes.
Occupational Therapy
Goal setting and Problem-solving approach to help you prioritize how you occupy your time - daily activities, productive pursuits, community commitments, leisure, social activities, rest and sleep. Develop strategies to manage stress and physical or mental health challenges, while participating in life activities and achieving your goals. Cally listens to your life narrative to get a clear snapshot of who you are and what is important to you.
Energy Healing
Most of us know when our energy feels down or “off,” compared to when it feels good and free flowing. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and supports the recipient’s innate healing abilities. Cally is trained in Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 - which includes hands-on and distance healing methods. During sessions, Cally primarily practices a form of distance reiki healing, by using her voice, word choice, and inner visualizations to encourage peacefulness and trust in your own body and mind.
